Why is Bootstrap Themes sunsetting?
Bootstrap Themes has been around for 9 years and it’s been an amazing ride. Themes matured from a few themes designed and built directly by us to a marketplace of talented creators. We’re incredibly proud of what everyone created, but it’s time to refocus our team’s time and effort on Bootstrap’s core.
Will I still get support for purchased themes?
Yes, you will continue to get the 6 months of support directly from theme creators from your date of purchase. Each theme in your confirmation email will have a "support" link which will connect you directly with the sellers support system or email. Should you need support from the core Bootstrap Themes team, we’ll still be here at [email protected].
Will I still get updates for purchased themes?
Any theme updates will continue to be distributed until the end of August, but then we’ll close the distribution of theme updates via the platform. Sellers will be provided with customer and order information though, so they will be able to continue to distribute theme updates via alternative methods.
If you have specific questions about continued updates, please reach out to the theme creator via the "support" link from your emailed purchase confirmation.
Can I get a return on a theme?
Our promise has always been 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your theme in 30 days, return it with no questions asked. This policy has not changed and will be honored.
